Mission work is God’s work and we are His conduits. In fact, we are all missionaries when we share the Gospel with our neighbors or lend a helping hand to someone in need. Mission Trips are intentional ministries where Christians are sent out to share the Gospel and to provide humanitarian service in underprivileged areas for the improvement of education, literacy, social justice, health care, and economic development.
The Episcopal church offers many different resources and opportunities for mission work around the world and on U.S. soil. From Appalachia to the Middle East, South America to Africa, Episcopal mission work is building partnerships, building God’s church, and transforming lives.
